Alan Dale, best known for his role as Caleb in the hit FOX series "The OC" (2003), will soon feature on "Lost" (2004), and has a long list of recurring roles including "24" (2001), "Navy:NCIS" (2003), "West Wing, The" (1999), "ER" (1994), and "The X Files" under his belt. His film credits include After The Sunset (2004), Hollywood Homicide (2003), and Star Trek: Nemesis (2002). Alan has extensive theater credits, has hosted his own radio shows and is a successful voice-over artist in both Australia and the U.S.

- Children - Matthew Dale is an actor, musician & writer, dividing his time between Los Angeles and Melbourne, Australia where he is currently working in the theatre. Simon Dale is a radio announcer in the UK.
- He is the only actor to have appeared in the fictional TV Cabinets of both President Jed Bartlet (The West Wing, played by Martin Sheen) and President David Palmer (24, played by Dennis Haysbert). On The West Wing, he plays Mitch Bryce, the Secretary of Commerce. On 24, he played Jim Prescott, the Vice President, who voted to remove the President from office temporarily using the 25th Amendment, on the West Wing he agreed to the President's temporary resignation.
