- Can be seen in the Tenacious D music videos "Wonderboy", "Tribute" and "F*** Her Gently".
- Played a high school teacher in a sitcom pilot titled "It's Not About Me" filmed in early 2002. The pilot (_"The Jake Effect" (2003)_ ) created by Jonathan Groff ("Ed"), also stars Jason Bateman, Nikki Cox, Greg Grunberg, Leslie Grossman and Patricia Belcher.
- Ex-girlfriend, Tracy Young, has a cameo in the Tenacious D episode "Death of the Dream" in the scene where Jack & Kyle perform "Kielbasa Sausage" at her doorstep.
